AUTHOR: MY MANIFESTO…

1) WRITING is THINKING ALOUD: Each text or artefact is a way to organize thought, structure ideas, and shape action.

2) RIGOROUS BUT HUMAN: I aim for academic depth and field-level usability. I write for both researchers and practitioners.

3) BEAUTY MATTERS: Good writing is not only accurate but elegant. Form enhances clarity. A well-designed diagram is part of the message.

4) QUALITATIVE over QUANTITATIVE: In management, numbers often obscure more than they reveal. I prefer depth over data overload.

5) HOLISM, not SILOS: My work bridges systems, not compartments. I write at the intersection of engineering, human dynamics, and innovation.

6) BENCHMARKING the WORLD: I seek lessons from outside: from architecture, jazz, cities, biology, startups, and more.

7) FROM KNOWLEDGE to ACTION: Every page should lead to a smarter decision, a better process, a clearer dashboard.

Research Papers

I have authored approximately 120 scientific publications, including research articles featured in leading academic journals such as Business Horizons, Human Resource Management Review, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
